工作描述:During preparation period of Contact Center, Responsible for IVR (Interactive Voice Response) structures set up and Review, to summarize working method and build standard working process.
Take Responsible on duty and working Schedule to secure daily operation smoothly. Coach new co-workers to make their have confidence and competence to pick up incoming calls by my knowledge and working experience
Support customer service team and kitchen business area.
Can be lead team members to develop leadership business on easy buying/selling process.
Analysis report focus on customer insight direct valuable information customers to store
